OWNER

Patrick opened this business in 2004. He ran the operation alone for 10 years before he hired his first employee. Since then the team has grown to 12 employees. At work, Patrick takes his time to ensure each of his employees feels heard and respected.    

ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER

Nick has been a part of Patrick's team for around (3) years. He is responsible for giving proposals and managing the bigger jobs. He comes to work each day with a positive attitude. Nick is often giving suggestions on how to better the business. 

BOOKKEEPER

Shannon takes care of the books in an organized and efficient manner. She is also responsible for answering phone calls. She has excellent customer service skills! Outside of work you can often find her with her family or at the beach. 

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

We can count on Liza to get anything done that is asked of her.  She helps by answering the phone, organizing, and taking care of the social media. Outside of work Liza enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling. 

SERVICE MANAGER

Steve has worked at Patrick's for around 5 years. He specializes in the Heating and Air Conditioning field. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and being outdoors. 

TECHNICIAN

Brandon specializes in installing new plumbing and heating systems. He has been on the team for around 6 years. Outside of work he enjoys CAD 3D modeling and metal welding. 

TECHNICIAN

You can often find William out in the field installing new plumbing and heating systems or taking care of service calls. His easy going attitude lightens the mood in any situation. In his free time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family. 

TECHNICIAN

Joel shows up to work with an eagerness to learn. You can often find him helping out in the field wherever he is needed. Outside of work he enjoys making tobacco pipes and knives. 

TECHNICIAN

Connor joined our team in hopes to continue working in the trade in his hometown. He specializes in installing HVAC systems. Outside of work he enjoys hunting and playing golf. 

TECHNICIAN

Justin is experienced in commercial hydronic installations. In his free time he enjoys anything in the outdoors and likes fixing things and making them better than they were before. 

TECHNICIAN

Colin shows up every day ready to go and is always hard working with a good attitude. Outside of work he enjoys working on cars, building things and relaxing. 

TECHNICIAN

Jamie makes a difference when he shows up to work every day. Outside of work he enjoys hanging out with his wife and children. 

SHOP BOY

Jerry keeps the shop running smoothly. He comes to work with a get-er-done attitude. Outside of work he enjoys going fishing.

Cole helps keep the shop in tip top shape. He is eager to help anywhere in the shop or field. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family and driving ATVs.
