Patrick opened this business in 2004. He ran the operation alone for 10 years before he hired his first employee. Since then the team has grown to 12 employees. At work, Patrick takes his time to ensure each of his employees feels heard and respected.

Nick has been a part of Patrick's team for a few years. He is responsible for giving proposals and managing the bigger jobs. He comes to work each day with a positive attitude. Nick is often giving suggestions on how to better the business.

BOOKKEEPER AND OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR-
Cole takes care of the books and helps the customers, whether it is over the phone or when they stop in. At work Cole makes sure that the customers are taken care of and that everything runs smoothly. Outside of work he enjoys working on his truck and hanging out with his friends.

Trent is our Service Technician and you can often find him helping out our loyal customers. He is booked out every day and he is willing to help out wherever he is needed. Outside of work he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

You can often find William out in the field installing new plumbing and heating systems or taking care of service calls. His easy going attitude lightens the mood in any situation. In his free time he enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.

Jerry is a quick learner and is super dependable. He is very organized and efficient! Outside of work he enjoys going fishing.

Jess is very self-motivated and has a get-er-done attitude! He consistently goes above and beyond! Outside of work he enjoys fishing. Jess makes sure that the company makes the bands.
